Bahman Jahanshahi - Managing Director
Bahman has 43 years of commercial and investment banking experience . He has led transactions involving Bank and Capital Markets funding in a variety of industries including Manufacturing, Energy and Utilities, Construction, Transportation and Telecommunication. Previous positions include; Managing Director-Structured Capital Markets at HSBC, Head of Specialised Financings at Credit Suisse First Boston and Head of Project Finance at Swiss Bank Corporation, London.
Jim Lee - Principal
Jim brings a range of financial markets experience having previously managed Structured Debt Syndication at the Bank of New York, London and more recently at DG Bank in London. At the Bank of New York he arranged ground breaking transactions in the Media / Telecom, Transport and Acquisition Finance fields. Prior to running the London syndication team, Jim spent 10 years as a structurer, trader and marketer for the Bank’s interest rate and currency derivatives business working with a range of the Bank’s structured and leveraged finance clients.
John Hilleard - Principal
John was previously Head of Project and Export Finance at Credit Lyonnais in London where he led major transactions in the Power, Petrochemical and Infrastructure sectors. He has been at the forefront of developing project finance techniques to fund a variety of industrial projects with particular focus on Public Private Partnership structures. He was formerly at Lazard and Chase Manhattan Bank and brings 43 years of experience.

Paul. R. Hofer - Senior Advisor, Regional Representative
Paul leads the Firm’s origination and distribution efforts in Switzerland, Germany and the Central European region. He has held senior positions including Head of Credit Suisse in London and Tokyo and global Head of Corporate Banking and Structured Finance at Credit Suisse First Boston. With 46 years of international banking experience, Paul brings a powerful relationship base with clients and investors in Europe, particularly Switzerland and Germany.
Romania
Radu Deac - Senior Advisor, Regional Representative
Radu brings 46 years of experience and is responsible for our origination activities in Romania and South East Europe. He is a graduate of the Foreign Trade College and the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest. He has held senior positions with Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company (subsequently Chemical Bank and Chase Manhattan). After nearly 18 years with this bank in Bucharest, in 1994, Radu joined Bankcoop for a short period as Vice Chairman. During the period 2003-2005 he was the senior representative of Standard Bank in Bucharest.
